Karma can be either good or bad. When it is bad, it is a heavy and emotional weight that you forever carry with you in every lifetime incarnation until you work off that debt through good deeds.
Karma is good karma if you have helped others. Karma is bad karma or a karmic debt, if you have hurt others. Karmic debts refers to when a person has done wrongs and misdeeds in previous life experiences and is carried forward with that person or fragment into their next lifetime. In order for a person (or fragment) to rid themselves from that baggage and become balanced, the person must pay off those karmic debts in someway during their physical life experience.
Paying back those karmic debts can be programmed into a physical existence so the fragment has opportunities to meet and interact with certain fragments (people) &/or do good deeds in order to repay those debts. The paying off the karmic debts will remove the “baggage” one accumulates and carries with them through their lifetimes and restores the balance and harmony within the fragment. The motivation to rid themselves of baggage is because eventually the soul gets tired of carrying the baggage and the additional burden of always carrying around negative energy that is draining, heavy, and very tiresome to a soul to can impeed them from reaching their other goals.
