Meditation to Connect Body, Mind, Spirit

Meditation can also be used to help you connect your body, mind, and spirit.  This same meditation also helps you to appreciate your physical body. This connection process will help you accept your body and also help train you to communicate with your body.  As your soul connects with more parts of your body, the relationship between the body, soul, and spirit is also improved. 

You begin with the basic meditation.

After you have engaged each of the chakra's, you focus your attention on inspecting your physical body in a positive manner.  Note only the good

Let your mind dwell on each part of the body and what it positively provides for you. 

End the meditation noticing the 7th chakra point and notice how much clearer it is. 

Do this with all points and finish by feeling the grounding of the 1st chakra. 

In this process you are training your mind to connect with your body.
