There are many ways your spiritual self feels and connects with the spiritual energy forces we sometimes call the life force. Movement on the earth (such as dance, walking, horseback riding), movement in the water (such as swimming or snorkeling) and/or movement in the air (such as hangliding) may be ways your spiritual self feels that connection to this life force energy.

Each chakra point in the body can be influenced by different types of communication and different ways of contact.

The spiritual body is made up of essentially 7 energy points we call chakra's. These energy points can be used to interact and communicate with the physical body. These energy points can be used to help us have spiritual experiences. We can impact the number, frequency, or type of spiritual experiences and spiritual communications through changes in our spiritual energy.

Because we are all unique and different, some people may be more intune with the energies associated with communicaiton and contact. If you are such a person, your spiritual self easily connects and relates to a feeling of wellness when you are are in movement on the earth, in the water, in the air.

The upper chakras, the fifth, sixth, and seventh chakra, are related to connections and communication with others (people, plants, animals), with the astral (such as seeing people who died or travels to the astral plane), and connections to and with the Tao (visiting with beings from other levels, dimensions, other worlds).

The fourth chakra is the communication and contact of love. It is the central and balancing chakra between the upper and lower chakras. This is the chakra of balance and being centered. This chakra energy is felt with a soulmate connection and/or a connection with the whole of humanity.

If you are drawn or feel a connection to any of these communication/connection gifts, most likely your spiritual self is sensitive to that energy frequency and you have the ability to develop the spiritual gift associated with that chakra. That spiritual gift will help you have more as well as deeper spiritual experiences that are connected with that chakra and that gift.
