There are special earthly spiritual locations, energy points, where spirituality is strong. 

It is easier to achieve spiritual awareness and insight in these locations. 

Question: What are energy points? 

Answer: The concentration of the life force. 

A more precise definition is that an energy point is where energies from nature are concentrated by some particular means.  There are large energy areas that may have more energy during particular times of the year, or particular times of the day.  Some of it is related to the quantity of light.  A particular place of beauty and peace that allows you to feel these energies and to partake of them. 

An energy point is on a broad scale. Its energies, though more concentrated than other locations upon the earth, are not as focused as when an energy point is located within a narrow area.  Energy points may also have centers or hearts where the energy seems to be more clear or pure.  But the reason for this discussion is of course travel, and this helps you in your travel experience because you are assisted or closer to these life force energies.  The same with meditation.  You will find it easier to meditate and astrally travel at an energy point heart.

There can be one, or several, or many hearts.  Some heart centers are stronger than others.  Some more focused during a particular time than at another time, and the same with seasons.  Hearts tend to travel.  They are the life force of the energy points and life co notates movement as well as existence.  They also grow and ebb with seasons and with years.

Energy centers in the earth are those points where the physical and astral meet and are most focused between the two dimensions.

Energy centers are points where the life force energy is more concentrated or focused.  It does not have to be associated with a large amount of visible growing, living, life forces. An area can have an energy center and not have visible life.  This brings up the concept of past lives leaving a remainder or shadow or gift upon a certain location.  At times, both historical and before historical times, life forces can or could have been focused at a particular location.  This energy produces a latent reservoir of feeling that can be used and discovered by the one sensitive to such feelings.  In other words, certain settings have a focusing nature that is not apparent from the lack of visible life.  The point I am making is that you need not look for massive vegetation, and to be open to energy centers at all times.

Generally, an energy center has a feeling of peace and serene beauty about it.  The reason I have been emphasizing the lack of need of vegetation is that in the desert you find a peculiar type of energy center.    These centers are the focusing of the first life forces and energies.  Both present and past.  The earth itself has energies that can be focused.  Water does as well.  Wind of course can have its influence, but fire is usually unpredictable.  It being an element that man controls or creates and is rarely naturally occurring.  The idea then is that in addition to life energies being focused, the sheer weight of the earths natural beauty in combination with the waters, life giving forces, and the airs, necessity to life as well, can all combine at a location to produce a feeling of calm beauty, restfulness. These are generally in very large locations or settings.  In other words, the focusing is not an abrupt change from a location of no energy forces to one of greatly concentrated ones, but a gradual building of the energies to a level that produces a feeling of well being and restfulness.  So that in your search for these, do not expect to be driving down the road and all of a suddenly notice a great change.  They build slowly.  You won’t be beat over the head with them, but there are within the energy locations centers of especially powerful forces called hearts.  As perhaps you are driving down the road and notice a gradual or slow improvement in your feelings and spirit, then you may suddenly come to a location that seems to typify or exemplify the feelings that are all around.  This is a heart.

Energy centers and beautiful scenery generally coincide.  Because of this, many national parks protect energy centers.  In these parks certain locations are developed because of their particular beauty.  In their predeveloped state, they may or may not have been a heart location.  If however, through over use a heart may become less focused or even transfer slightly to a different locale.

These locations generally fall into two categories.  One, created by shear vegetation and setting.  The other is from its location alone.  By citing where perhaps a quantity of vegetation can be found one may find an energy center created by massive life forces.  Or by noticing where perhaps natural setting can produce beauty one may locate an energy center created by its location along.  Once you have decided on a general area, then it is advisable to simply go out and explore, usually in an auto at first, for the areas of these life force or location force centers are sometimes quite large, but they can also be somewhat personalized as well.

The way you discover the energy location or centers is by your feelings of course.  In order to be sensitive, however, your emotional state should be neutral.  In other words, you don’t want to cloud your feelings with unwanted or unrelated emotions.  The thrill of discovery or fun of the hunt are related to the process and of course can not be eliminated, but anger, jealousy, these should be avoided. This is why many people do not feel the energy forces at these centers; they are emotionally blocking the feelings.

The feeling one should experience, although personalized to the individual, is something of awe or serene beauty or restfulness or just a sense of being part or one with the earth around you.  This can produce feelings of complete calm to feelings of great spiritual emotion.

Once an energy center is located, then how to find the heart.  They, as a rule, are not located in areas of high human use.  The humans, once discovering a center or heart, generally make a habit of trying to improve its appearance or convenience.  This generally does not work.  So in order to find a heart location, one usually has to explore the back roads or trails or whatever and to feel the energy around you so that it can lead you to center of greater concentration.  Those who are sensitive and are consciously trying to locate the heart, can feel when getting close.  They may also be able to somewhat pinpoint a heart by the feelings one has from viewing a map or picture or hearing a description.

The heard can be found when one stands in its location and senses the culmination or focusing of all that is around upon that single spot.  Some take several shapes.  Some are simple circles that once you step out of there is a noticeable decrease of feeling.  Others can take a linear shape that of a long but narrow pathway of feelings that one can walk somewhat distance in along its access but stepping sideways may lose its affect also.  And others may have any combination that nature of course can produce.

Traveling Heart Centers

Through the years, heart centers can travel.  Sometimes great distances. When I say great distances, I am referring to foot travel, for that is how one generally experiences a heart center. Therefore, a three or five or 10 mile distance, although minimal by your automobile, is a great distance especially if there is no trail to follow.  Also, the heart centers change with the seasons.  As vegetation goes into dormancy for the winter, this energy patters change.  And the heart location also changes with it.  To pinpoint a location would be impossible since it is up to you to feel it.  The individual has their own energy vibrations they produce. Once their energy vibrations match the vibrations of the heart center, they then have discovered the heart that is best suited or available to them personally.  Therefore, some people may feel great emotions about the ocean, for example, while others feel very little.  Energy centers are not solely located on dry land but may be also in the open ocean.

The energy frequency that one is most attune to of course is determined by the nature of the fragment.  Energy centers are attuned to different types of fragments.

Each heart point has its own vibration or frequency or feeling about it.  Specific heart points may be better for astral travel, others for communing with higher self, and others for communication. 

Conduits

As you recall, these heart centers are connected through the astral level in multiple pathways or conduits.  You may think of it was a radio transmissions or television/electro magnetic waves.  The energy flows and are received but are not visible or discernable until one picks up on the proper frequency.  Don’t take all this discussion about frequencies and electromagnetic waves too literally, for they are only used to visualize the concept.

Now these conduits are points both on the astral and physical planes that have matching frequencies and these frequencies then can also activate other such points within a network.  These presences that have been left at other heart points can then be experienced through one heart point, although the presence may be left at another. 

Presences

Presences are left through repeated use and visitation of a heart center.  As fragments pass through their earthly existence, they leave behind a presence.  A presences is the feeling or energy or sense of being that a person has and as they progress in life, these presences can linger. 

But each heart center has a specific frequency which is closely matched at another, but never exactly.  The closer the match, of course, the stronger the network transmission. The more imperfectly matched, the courser the reception.  It is then through this utilization of the heart points that regression into another's past life is possible.  As well as perhaps your own past lives.  A heart point that is especially powerful to you may be able to pick up on past presences of yourself as well.

Future Presences

If something is foreseen in the future, will it inevitably take place? No, because there is the possibility of some unforeseen event.  In other words, random events.  Therefore you almost certainly will never predict a lottery number through future presences.  Time is not static, but it is constant.  Therefore, one may experience a presence that is yet to be set in your own timeframe, for although specific events may be impossible foretell, future presences of specific fragments are there to be experienced. 

When you future sense, you are sensing the presence of a fragment that is in the future.  In other words, can one project a presence into the future?  No.  A presence is established during a specific lifetime.  You will eventually establish a presence in a future lifetime event.  You may access the future event in this lifetime. Also, you may access a future presence of this lifetime, before you live the event.  Although specific details of your life are not absolutely known, the general pattern is established.  You may future sense an experience that should in all likelihood occur within this lifetime.  However, this does not mean that the event will for a certainty take place. Each lifetime establishes a separate and unique presence.  These of course vary in intensity.  The storage receptacle of these presences is the higher self. 

Each lifetime can leave a presence. 

Its through these heart centers it is easiest to experience these past lives or future lives.
