The Astral Plane
The astral plane is one of seven planes of existance of the Tao.
The astral plane is the next level "above" the physical plane (the earth) and is the plane where souls exist before they come in their physical incarantion. The astral plane is also where souls go after they die.
The astral plane is "here" on the earth, but in another dimension. It is as if you are under water and you poke your head through the water’s circumference when you travel to the astral.
The astral plane is also where the Higher Self resides until your soul reunites back to the Higher Self after your physical death.
The astral plane is similar in its appearance to the physical plane. People also interact on the astral plane similar to how they interact on the physical plane. The overleaves with their personality continue.
Before Birth
Before a fragment is born, they are “held” or go to a waiting area on the astral plane to get ready for their birth. The fragment can visit their body but they do not stay or commit until the birthing process. At the birth, the spirit enters the body or closely after the birth.
A person (or fragment) will assess and evaluate the life experience they need and then start planning their incarnation on the physical plane.
The fragment will determine what the priorities are he/she needs to experience and then evaluate which options on the physical plane will most likely provide those opportunities and experiences.
The fragment who desires to enter the physical body may choose a body that has predisposed physical traits and in certain social or societal features that will help that fragment to obtain the life experience it desires. But physical abilities for a large part are determined by the gene pool of its parents and social and economic ability are determined by the society. Therefore, if a person has a talent of physical ability to perform or learn or do something on the physical level, this comes fro the physical body. The obvious example of this is physical strength, but other talents are also developed through this manner. (To read more about what impacts the life experience one has, see The Basics page).
After Death
When a person dies, the body and the spirit separate. The body stays with the physical earth and the spirit returns to the astral plane.
After death a fragment is debriefed. The length of time of the debriefing depends on what the fragment expects in the afterlife and what type of life they have lived. For those who expect a heaven or a hell, they will experience such.
Stalin & Hitler and other tyrants are still in that process because they have to accept each and every persons life they were responsible for causing – in fact, they will continue this process well until all other fragments have gone on the mid-causal and they will live out their lives alone on the earth.
What happens in a near death experience?
A person experiences their energy body temporarily leaving the physical body and retaining the memory of the experience.
Reincarnation
Reincarnation provides everyone with the opportunities to experience what the fragment needs or wants to learn or experience. It also provides the ability to pay off karmic debts they have made and not yet repaid.
The basic concept is that each living person at each visit to a life has a separate energy anatomy that is distinct from what is called the physical body. The effect of this energy body is to give life to the physical.
Each life build on each other and works in concern with your other lives.
How soon after we die to we reincarnate?
That depends on when the fragment or person feels the desire to return to the physical plane. One may reincarnate quickly after a physical experience or may take their time. The average span is usually around 200 of your years.
