Sex is used to nourish the physical body as well as nourish the chakra's. Sex can also be used in meditations and rituals. You can select the chakra you are interested in expanding, and select that sexual position in a ritual or in your meditation.

Sex can affect the spiritual body and can impact our spiritual experiences.
